The Body Image Therapy Center is Columbia, Maryland’s premier outpatient treatment center for eating disorders, weight and body image disturbance, and bariatric surgery patients. We provide individual and group counseling from therapists with extensive training in the treatment of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, compulsive exercise, and bariatrics.
