We get to the root of the issues that have caused you to undertake destructive behaviors such as binge eating, bulimia, anorexia, and self-harming behaviors. We help you understand and resolve underlying issues, such as problems with body image, self-esteem, trauma, neglect, or anger that may be at the heart of your need to find comfort and control. Using approaches that are tailored just for you, we may employ psychotherapy, behavior modification, mindfulness skills, art therapy and other experiential tools to help you learn healthy new behaviors and normalize your relationship with food, mood and your body.
