Erin practices using Intuitive Eating, The Transtheoretical Model, and Motivational Interviewing in addition to placing focus on identifying stress, coping with body change, screening for malnutrition, educating on bone health, educating on metabolism & movement, and recognizing valid research. Erin’s goal for each client is to empower clients to take on recovery with a wealth of knowledge and trusted support systems behind them.
